We are fellow airline employees ourselves and have both owned and managed crashpads for over five years, giving us firsthand insight into what crew members actually need: flexible month-to-month stays, dependable cleanliness, quiet and respectful shared living, and systems that work around rotating schedules. Every home is set up to function smoothly with multiple residents, from high-quality mattresses and smart locks to professional cleaning, clear house standards, and responsive local oversight.
LayOver Here operates multiple established crashpads throughout the Charlotte area under the Charlotte Crashpads and CLT Crashpads names. While each property has its own layout and personality, all are managed with the same high standards of comfort, organization, and reliability. Many of our homes have on-site or nearby management, and all are supported by streamlined systems for booking, payments, check-ins, and maintenance.
Behind the scenes, LayOver Here is run by a small, hands-on team. Together, Chris, Kristina, and Nick oversee acquisitions, daily operations, and resident experience to ensure each home consistently meets the expectations of today’s airline professionals.
